Perhaps it is time for you to pursue a one year, life transforming, leadership residency that is experienced in community, right here at Ridge Point Community Church. We are now accepting applications for our next class of Fearless Leadership Residents. If you think that may be something you are interested in, we would love to hear from you.

Why are we doing this?

Studies show that church planting is THE most effective and efficient means of reaching the lost. Rather than continuing to grow our church here in Holland bigger and bigger, we have a vision to plant churches all over western Michigan as well as strategic cities around the county and around the world. We are going to need leaders like you to help us do it. This residency program is our “farm system” for cultivating, assessing, training, and sending leaders to serve here at Ridge Point and beyond. Our hope is that our residents will become staff members and pastors that will help us catalyze a movement of church planting churches. Sound like something that you want to be a part of?
